I’ve done nearly everything under the sun to improve my acne, but I don’t want to be on pills that do weird things to me anymore. Are there any vitamins for women that improve complexion?
Or how about any drugstore products that have been effective for anyone?
I’m taking centrum and vitamin E (400i.u.) also zinc (50mg) my diet consists of anything and everything. I am active. Do my hormones have anything to do with my acne?
My niece has developed both acne and scars and it is very depressing mentally and physically for her. I didn’t want her to be put on medication because they have side affects to them, so I was wondering does anybody have any advice on this situation I would really appreciate it.
I have read that people that suffer from acne are usually also lacking in vitamin A in the blood stream. Also, retin A micro and other potential ways to rid acne deal directly with vitamin A. Would taking a supplement help with acne?
I’m not pregnant. I drink water all day long, everything I use is oil free, and I keep my hands away from my face. I’ve tried everything. Proactive, Accutane, and every other lotion, cream, and vitamin from the dermatologist. If I take prenatal vitamins, will it help clear up my acne? I’m desperate

Im 15 years old and i have terrible acne. I tend to pick my face which makes the acne worse. Im willing to try vitamin supplements of oral MDS. Any idea what would work best for me?

I've been recently reading certain articles about acne, in particular for the cystic kind, and it's come up in some that Zinc and Vitamin A can help really well. Is this true? And if so, how are you supposed to take the "doses" or whatever the intake is… I really don't know and so I appreciate the answers, thanks a lot!
